Our GA series is transparent medical grade Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR), a two-component system with 1:1 mixing ratio of Part A and Part B.
This material is professionally developed for manufacturing all types of medical supplies, including silicone balloons, medical catheters and other implant & contact medical products.
It features outstanding transparency and mechanical strength, and has passed ISO 10993 biological solubility test with full biocompatibility.
Standard curing condition: 130℃, 5 minutes under 15 Mpa pressure for finished medical parts.

Key Material Performance Advantages
1. Excellent Biocompatibility
All BD LSR grades pass ISO 10993 biological safety test, non-toxic, non-irritating to human tissue, safe for long-term skin and body contact medical devices.
2. Adjustable Hardness Range
Shore A hardness covers 20 to 70, from ultra-soft flexible balloon material to rigid hard catheter accessories, matching all medical design demands.
3. Superior Mechanical Properties
High tensile strength, ultra-high elongation rate, strong tear resistance. Products will not crack or break under repeated bending, squeezing and stretching in clinical use.
4. Stable Physical Shrinkage
Controllable linear shrinkage between 2.0%~2.1%, ensures high dimensional precision for tiny medical molded parts.
5. Crystal Clear Transparency
Full transparent raw material, allows visual observation of liquid flow inside catheters and balloons, convenient for medical staff operation.
6. Stable Curing Process
1:1 equal volume mixing ratio, simple processing; fast curing at 130°C, high production efficiency for mass medical product manufacturing.
