Our PU Foam Department operates two foaming production lines equipped with four foaming machines, allowing efficient production of a wide range of polyurethane foam products.
The production system supports multi-color foam processing, enabling us to produce up to six different colors simultaneously, depending on product requirements.
Our foaming production lines include 80 mold stations, which allows stable large-scale manufacturing and consistent product quality.

Once the mold is completed, product samples can be delivered within 24 hours, allowing customers to accelerate product development and testing.
